Dronningen is the musical vision of Beatrice Bonnano, an Italian singer-songwriter and guitarist who has made London her home since 2011.

Her sound is a captivating fusion of fuzzy electro-rock, featuring catchy guitar riffs, punchy rhythms, and anthemic choruses that linger long after the last note fades.

After captivating audiences across the UK, Sweden, France, Italy, and India with various lineups, Dronningen is back as a solo artist with her latest single 'Eretica' (2025).

The name Dronningen, meaning "the queen" in Norwegian, reflects Beatrice's philosophy of living life as an active protagonist rather than a passive spectator - an empowering reminder that we only live once.

Drawing inspiration from a diverse array of artists, including Juliette & The Licks, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Elastica and Bones UK, Dronningen’s music combines infectious energy with a distinctive edge, inviting listeners to join her on a bold sonic adventure.
